Our funding timelines vary by loan type, but we pride ourselves on speed and efficiency:

  • Initial approvals typically occur within 24-48 hours of receiving your complete application
  • Fix & Flip and Bridge loans can close in as little as 7-10 business days
  • Rental property and commercial real estate loans generally close within 2-3 weeks
  • Business loans can fund in as few as 5-7 business days, depending on complexity

While we consider credit scores as part of our underwriting process, we take a holistic approach to loan approval. Different loan products have different credit requirements:

  • For real estate investment loans (Fix & Flip, Rental): Minimum 620 credit score preferred, though exceptions can be made for strong deals
  • For DSCR No Ratio loans: Minimum 700 credit score
  • For commercial real estate: Typically 650+ credit score
  • For business loans: 650+ for optimal terms

Even if your credit score is below these thresholds, we encourage you to apply. We evaluate each application individually, considering factors such as property value, investment experience, and strength of the deal.
