Eligibility Criteria

What you need to qualify for our Rental Property loans

Borrower Requirements

Minimum credit score of 700 for DSCR loans, 680 for standard loans. For DSCR loans, no income verification is required. For standard loans, documented income and employment history are needed.

Property Types

Single-family homes, 2-4 unit properties, condos, townhouses, and small multi-family properties. Properties must be in rentable condition in residential areas with strong rental markets.

Debt Service Coverage Ratio

For DSCR loans, properties typically need to demonstrate a minimum DSCR of 1.0, meaning the monthly rental income covers at least 100% of the monthly loan payment.

Documentation Required

Purchase contract or property details, rental income documentation or market rental estimates, entity documentation if using an LLC, and basic personal information.

Location Requirements
